Beginning in 2011, Alexandrea used her Artistic talents to venture into the business of face painting for the public.  Shortly after, her daughter Elena showed talent for balloon sculpting and the business grew. Today their services include Face Painting, Balloon Twisting and Temporary Tattoos.  Serving the counties of Alameda (southern region), San Joaquin (southern region), Stanislaus and Merced. 

Vivid Face Art brings professional face painting and balloon twisting to your event. Whether your celebration is small and private or big and public these ladies will entertain your guests with their Artistic Talents.

They come prepared- uniformed in black logo tees, supply tables, black table cloths, a tall Directors chair and menus. 

Hosts have the option to customize the designs offered to reflect the theme of their event, whether it be under the sea or turtles on defense, let them customize a design menu for you! 

vividfaceart.com carries Liability Insurance. Proof is available upon request and will be emailed or faxed directly from the provider. Some venues may require your entertainment be ensured, with vividfaceart.com you'll be covered. 

An A-frame sign listing Rules, Safety, Care and Removal is available. 

All face painting and tattoo products are safe for the use on the face and body. A paint swatch may be applied to test for sensitivity with a suggested wait time of 30 minutes. Anyone who shows signs of being ill may not have their face painted; they may have a small hand/arm painting or single use temporary tattoo. Products are cleaned after each event. 

Balloons, like all small objects pose a choking hazard for people of all ages. Deflated balloons should be discarded. Adults are responsible for supervision and handling of balloons. 

We will happily adjust services to meet the needs of guests with special needs. Creating a larger balloon sculpture, adding a handle, verbalizing the steps of face painting or sitting on a parent's lap while being painted. Let us know how we can try to make the experience more enjoyable.

Face Painting and Tattoo services are suitable for guests 2 and up.  All balloon packaging is labeled, "WARNING CHOKING HAZARD, Children under (8) years can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once." However, parents and guardians reserve the right to decide on participation. 

A few rules to tame the excitement that comes with face painting, balloon twisting and temporary tattoos. (Along with the giddiness of party food, games, and treat buffets!)

• One Selection per service line
• You may double up when all guests have had a turn, as service time allows 
• Children will be serviced first, unless suggested otherwise by host (Waiting is hard but even harder for little ones.)
• Guests must be in line to receive service
• No "Saving Spots" in line
• Parents/Guardians are responsible for helping their child choose and or wait.
• Guests may not touch Artists equipment nor have uninflated balloons, as it prohibited by our INSURANCE 
• Please do not leave balloon requests for Balloon Artist, there is no down time during service. Children in line are patiently waiting.

Remember Art takes time. Menus may be adjusted,  Artists will gage line and service time remaining to allow for more guests to participate. A few pre-made balloons are included with Balloon Twisting service to help end service.

To Reserve the Date, Time, and Confirm Service an invoice with your event details to review will be sent at your request. Your review of the invoice and payment seals the deal and we mark our calendars. We politely ask that Hosts provide Shelter from the Elements and Adequate Lighting when necessary.
